Returns & Exchanges




  • All Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Free Vibrationz hangtags, attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. A
    $25.00 shoe box fee will be imposed if footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
  • Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund.
  • If a Discount Code was used at the time of purchase this is a considered a sale item and is considered FINAL Sale.
  • All Intimates, Swimwear, Sunglasses, Accessories, & Sale items are FINAL Sale.
  • Please Note:  Return Shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Free Vibrationz.
  • For our Hassle-Free label, there will be a fee of $7.99 that will be deducted from your refund once we process your return.
  • You can use your own return label at your expense and we highly suggest keeping a record of your tracking number.
  • All returns for Store Credit will be processed FREE of charge, all other returns will be charged a $5.99 processing fee, that will be deducted from your refunded amount.
  • Store Credit never expires.
  • Our original shipping charges and associated fees to send you the item will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

What do I need to include with my return?

- The item(s) you are returning with all of its tags still attached, your printed returns form, and a copy of your invoice.




What is your exchange policy?

- We offer exchanges for a different size or item within 14 days of purchase. The item you are exchanging must be delivered to us within 14 days of its delivery to your address. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.

What steps do I need to take to do an exchange?

 - You must contact our customer service team at to get exact instructions. Our representatives can assist you with checking to ensure that your exchange size is available, as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed. Item will be processed by our returns department within 7-10 days of our receipt.
