RETURNS
All returns must be unworn and unwashed with ALL tags still attached.
All returns for Store Credit will be processed FREE of charge, all other returns will be charged a $5.99 processing fee, that will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Store Credit never expires.
Our original shipping charges and associated fees to send you the item will be deducted from the refunded amount.
FINAL Sale items are non-returnable.
All Intimates, Swimwear, Sunglasses, Accessories, & Sale items are FINAL Sale.
If a Discount Code was used at the time of purchase this is a considered a sale item and is considered FINAL Sale.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
What do I need to include with my return?
- The item(s) you are returning with all of its tags still attached, and a copy of your invoice.
EXCHANGES
What is your exchange policy?
- We offer exchanges for a different size or item within 14 days of purchase. The item you are exchanging must be delivered to us within 14 days of its delivery to your address.
What steps do I need to take to do an exchange?
- You must contact our customer service team at sales@freevibrationz.com to get exact instructions. Our representatives can assist you with checking to ensure that your exchange size is available, as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed.
